Rights demonstration in Aachen prohibited
Aachen - The Higher Administrative Court (OVG) Münster has forbidden a rally scheduled for Saturday and other rights in Aachen, and thus a decision of the Polizeipräsidentenbestätigt.
Alone by the motto "Towards einseitigeVergangenheitsbewältigung! Will the German victims!" eineunmittelbare danger of going to public safety and order.
This danger could only be addressed by a ban. The applicant has announced to call dasBundesverfassungsgericht.
A demonstration under the motto on the eve of the 70th Jahrestagszur Kristallnacht mean a trivialization of the events vom9. November 1938. The demonstration connected with the approval dernationalsozialistischen violence and arbitrary rule was likely to disturb public peace.
Demonstration hatteneine right-wing groups with over 100 participants registered. MehrereGruppen wanted to demonstrate against the deployment of the right.
